Health-Improvement-Program


Health Improvement Program (HIP)

The Health Improvement Program (HIP) is designed to guide patients who are ready to improve their quality of life. With the support of qualified health professionals, patients can uncover the healthiest versions of themselves.

Step 1: If you are interested in the Health Improvement, connect with your medical home (Doctors Office). Either your Family Doctor or health team member (Nurse or Social Worker) can help refer you.

Step 2: Once you have been referred to our program you will be registered for our Health Foundations Class. This class provides an overview of offerings within the Health Improvement Program and community resources. We will briefly explore topics of sleep, stress, self acceptance, fueling the body and enjoyable movement.

Step 3: Once you have completed the Health Foundations Class, you can select classes that best suit your needs and schedule. Please see our Class Summary  for more detailed descriptions of our classes. If you are ready to sign up for classes, you can complete the registration form provided to you in class or can call 587-287-1727 to register at a later date.


Virtual Classes:

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to run in person classes at this time. However we have started offering some of our classes via Zoom. To register call us at 587-287-1727.
