Happiness Basics is an empowering program that explores the science behind what makes people happy. Happiness is a state of mind that must be chosen and reinforced with action on a daily basis. This workshop has been shown to improve mood, vitality and energy, as well as physical and mental health.
This is a 4 week program that explores the science behind what makes people happy. It teaches participants 13 practical skills they can use to live a happier life.
Happiness Basics is for adults aged 18 and over. Each class lasts around two hours (a total of 8 hours). This program is not suitable for people who suffer from severe anxiety, depression or suicidal thoughts or are in the midst of a personal crisis.
