Take our 4 week Anxiety to Calm workshop. Challenge your thoughts behaviors and emotions while practicing proven and effective skills to manage anxiety and promote a sense of calmness.
Please be sure you can attend all 4 weeks March 14, 28 and April 4 and 11. No class March 21.
