Diabetes Basics

This class is being offered in person at the Crossfield Golden Key Club. Please note that the club is for folks 50 plus years. 

Learn about the lifestyle changes people with Type 2 diabetes can make to have a better quality of life and prevent and delay complications.  You will learn about healthy eating, as well as how to keep active and overcome challenges.
