Event Series: Health Basics

This class will be offered in person.
A four-week workshop to help participants uncover the healthiest version of themselves. Participants will set small manageable goals and practice skills to make long-lasting behavior changes. Graduates of the program report eating better, being more active, and having a more positive outlook. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

- Please be able to attend all four classes March 1, 8 , 15 and 29. No class March 22.
