This class is being offered in person with the option of attending virtually . A reminder call/email will be made the day before your class.
Do you struggle with your eating habits? Learn how to identify your triggers and strategies to create new balanced habits. This practical, skill-based approach will help you to understand why we eat the way we do. This is a 3 week workshop (1.5-2 hour session/week).
