Health Improvement Program (HIP)

The Health Improvement Program (HIP) is designed to guide patients who are ready to improve their quality of life. With the support of qualified health professionals, patients can uncover the healthiest versions of themselves.

Step 1:   We recommend either watching our Health Foundations class or signing up for our virtual class by registering at 587-287-1727. This class provides an overview of offerings within the Health Improvement Program. We will briefly explore topics of sleep, stress, self-acceptance, fueling the body, and enjoyable movement

Step 2: You can select classes that best suit your needs and schedule. Please see our Class Summary  for more detailed descriptions of our classes, as well as all class handouts and PowerPoints. 


In-Person and Virtual Classes:

Due to COVID-19, we are running a mixture of  in-person and virtual classes at this time. Be sure to check if your class is in-person or virtual. Our virtual classes run via zoom. If you are unfamiliar with zoom please refer to the zoom support below. To register call us at 587-287-1727.
