Health Improvement Program (HIP)


The Health Improvement Program (HIP) is designed to guide patients who are ready to improve their quality of life. With the support of qualified health professionals, patients can uncover the healthiest versions of themselves.

Step 1:   We recommend watching our Health Foundations class prior to registering.  This class provides an overview of offerings within the Health Improvement Program. We will briefly explore topics of sleep, stress, self-acceptance, fueling the body, and enjoyable movement.

Step 2: You can select classes that best suit your needs and schedule. Please see our Class Summary  for more detailed descriptions of our classes, as well as all class handouts and PowerPoints. 

 

New Hybrid Classes:  (In-person with a virtual option)

Starting January 2023, most of our classes will run on a hybrid model (in-person with a virtual option for those who prefer).  *Health Basics, HeartMath® and Grief Bites are offered in-person only.

Zoom

Our virtual classes run via zoom. If you are unfamiliar with zoom please refer to the zoom support below. If you have already registered for a class click this link: Join a Meeting – Zoom A meeting ID and password will be provided to you at the time of registration.
