The Highland Primary Care Network maintains the confidentiality and privacy of individual’s personal and personal health information while collecting, using, and disclosing information in compliance with the Health Information Act of Alberta, the Personal Information Protection Act, and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Highland PCN does not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for any reason, except for authorized purposes outlined in the Health Information Act of Alberta, the Personal Information Protection Act, or the Freedom of Information Protection of Privacy Act. Highland Primary Care Network will not collect or use personal or personal health information for any inconsistent purpose outside of the Health Information Act of Alberta, the Personal Information Protection Act, or the Freedom of Information Protection of Privacy Act. 

Should users of this site respond directly to the Highland Primary Care Network with any information including comments, questions, suggestions, ideas relating to the web site or the Highland Primary Care Network products and services, then they agree that such information shall be deemed as non-confidential. The Highland Primary Care Network shall be free to use such information under no obligation to respond and be free to reproduce and use without limitation or liability.
