Are you interested in learning new coping skills and understanding why you struggle with the things you do? This 10-week DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) informed group is for adults (18+) to help you gain skills to change patterns in behaviours, emotions, and thoughts related to problems in your life that cause conflict and distress. Topics will include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each week will build on the previous weeks’ topics and skills. Please be sure you can attend all 10 weeks. April 4-June 6.
