This class will be offered in person. A reminder call will be given the day before.
A 4 week workshop to help participants uncover the healthiest version of themselves. Participants will set small manageable goals and practice skills to make long-lasting behavior changes. Graduates of the program report eating better, being more active and having a more positive outlook. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can move in.
Please be sure you can attend all four classes April 22, April 29, May 6 and May 13.
