This class will be offered in person.
A 4 week workshop to help participants uncover the healthiest version of themselves. Participants will set small manageable goals and practice skills to make long-lasting behavior changes. Graduates of the program report eating better, being more active and having a more positive outlook. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothes you can move in.
This event runs for 4 weeks February 8, 15, 22 and 29. Please be sure you can attend all four weeks.
